While this book doesn’t have the piles of recipes that you’re hoping for, there’s so much other information in this book that you’ll find it helpful all the same. Aimed at the beginner in the keto lifestyle, there’s a lot of
information here that explains basic concepts, and takes you through meal planning and getting yourself on track. The recipes are given as easy, which is a bonus, though you’ll probably want to supplement with another cookbook before too long.
You’re getting two recommendations instead of one here because both of these are aimed at using your kitchen tools at making meals. Anything that makes cooking easier is a bonus. What’s nice is the variety of recipes in both these books.
